Foko is located inside of the Logan Street Market, and I must say that it is great!
Logan Street Market has a lot of appeal, so I can also vouch for the whole place. There's a multitude of food and drink vendors, as well as local retail and even a place to take cooking classes. Outside you will likely find several vendors also.
Back to Foko. There are a few things I can give feedback about, which I feel are pretty important. First the service is really good for a place of this type. You walk up and order your food, then pick it up and find a table in a common eating area, similar to a small food court. The manager was super friendly, and shared a little about the restaurant and the team. You could tell he really enjoyed what he does and he enjoyed his team. I came back after getting my food, and asked for salt and pepper for something my wife ordered. He came across the seating area to our table, with a couple small containers of salt and pepper, which improved my perception of their level of service.
I ordered the Wake Up Burrito, which was fantastic! It was very filling and the sauce with it added a nice little spice. Don't use it if you're sensitive to spicy food! Anyway it was really great and I would order it again. I would recommend this place for sure! -

Ok only complaint I had is I needed another one
This is the bacon wake up Rito
Perfection absolutely
And I do not know what that side some sort of potato OMG I could eat a quart of those and the hot sauce need a gallon of that stuff just the right amount of heat
This is the second time I ate there super both times do not remember what I ordered the first time but was perfect too
This is the new face of Mexico at its best
Yum factor times 3 -

I'm soooo impressed with them, especially when I ordered a quesadilla and they give you mashed potatoes with it. Who wouldn't want some mashed potatoes with a quesadilla?
Logan Street Market can be a little chaotic on a Saturday (here's where I wished they were even bigger than they already are) and it can be tight fighting for a spot at a skinny table. Which in turn makes the food runners harder to find the food owner, but that's just wishful thinking of expansion.
Back to the real reason we're here, it's the food. I was highly impressed with the food and how it came together with a nice side of Mexican BBQ sauce. For $10, I was quite full and finished every bite as I couldn't waste the quesadilla.
My friend ordered the tostadas and commented on how tasty they were. We would definitely return to try additional menu items. -

So much yes. Yes yes yes yes yes!
I've been to Logan Street Market twice, and both times I've ordered from Foko -- for breakfast and dinner. And both times I was thoroughly impressed. I admit it will be hard for me *not* to order from them when I go back to LSM, though I am eager to try out more of the merchants.
The first time I ordered from them was during the soft opening, and at the recommendation of one of the owners, I got the Torta Ahogada, which is a sandwich with a toasted roll, carnitas, oaxaca cheese, salsa, dirty rice with black beans, queso fresco and avocado. The bread of the roll was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with delicious cheese and very flavorful meat and rice/beans. It's a bit of a messy sandwich; be sure to have a fork because you'll want to eat everything on the plate.
And then for my brunch, I got the chilaquiles. Classic. The meat in this was flavorful and made the whole dish.
If you're wondering where to start at LSM, Foko is a good bet. -

Foko is a cool eatery inside the new Logan Street Market. I've both eaten dinner there and been at an event that was one of their first catering experiences. The flavors are really good, especially with the guacamole and arepas. The prices are reasonable, maybe a bit on the high end. I'm lookIng forward to trying more of their options!
